Kaleidoscope Bikini O'Neill Women's Australia

At the height of laughter, the universe is flung into a kaleidoscope of new possibilities. - Jean Houston
Welcome back to Bikinis Anonymous guys! Sorry it took so long to get this post up, the north coasts cyclone weather hit Canberra and rained non stop!

Tonight's post reminds me of the leaves turning red for Autumn, which is in two days time in Australia. Luckily we still have a few more weeks of nice weather to get in more photos for you guys :)
In rich shades of floral and paisley red  with a black trim, the Kaleidoscope Bikini in Sahara Red from O'Neill Women's Australia, it is perfect for those in love with a bohemian travellers (this style is all over Instagram at the moment and i'm loving it!) who crave a little bit of luxury.

I wear a size 8 (as always, see below for the lovely size chart) in this style and the triangle top is a perfect fit with some light removable padding and tie up thin straps. It's going to look so cute paired with a pair of denim shorts and kimono over the top. One of these sets will set you back around $69.95

The low rise hipster bottoms are in the style of Copacabana pant (mention this to your local surf shop and they should know all about it). I really love the fact these have a full coverage bum, there's a lot of skimpy cut bikinis out there that it's really great to see more fuller coverage 'kinis for the younger girls as well as those who prefer to cover up.
It's made out of my favourite material Polyamide (80%) and elastine (20%), this is that super soft material that can get ruined if you sit/rub against rough materials. As I say with all my bikinis - handwash only! but if you must use a washing machine put your bikini in a lingerie bag on a gentle cycle.

You can see how I care for my bikinis here. And if you want me to write about anything else please comment below! i love to read everyone's comments :)

Robb & Lulu Bikini Review

Robb and Lulu are two very talented designers that met (lucky for us), fell in love and put their talents together to create some “Wearable Art”. Robb’s always loved designing women’s clothes since he was younger and put that with Lulu’s previous experience skills as an illustrator and designer make for a perfect pair.
Each bikini set comes with one of Lulu’s intricate design and the other comes with a bit of funkiness. These two styles are working very well together; you know when things just work? Yeah that’s what this is.

Anyone who loves art, swimwear and colour is going to love this brand and want to flaunt it for the world to see. I felt more confident when I was wearing mine down by the river, but that didn’t stop me running and screaming when I saw a spider swimming towards me.
R&L is made in Fiji, which is a first, I don’t think I’ve had the pleasure of seeing a bikini made there. So that’s a welcome surprise. Made with a nylon base with a tad bit of elastane to give a comfortable fit.

I wear a size 1 in R&L sizing. I know that sounds funny to you Aussie girls but it’s really pretty easy to work out your sizes following their detailed size chart, and if you get stuck you can always email them.

I’ve picked out the StringSide Pant in the Pink Kissed, it will set you back around $69 to get your hands on one of them. But it’s worth it. Instead of just having the one string like most bikinis do, this one has two on each side knotted together to allow for a single bead to be put on the end of the four strings. I absolutely love this idea, what I love more is that it provides coverage – let’s face it ladies, sometimes you need to cover that booty up as little more from the sun when tanning to avoid sunburn. Coming with a completely lined inside you will feel even more comfortable when lounging around the pool that your bottoms aren’t going to go see through with the water. I’ve actually had that happen to me once and it was not fun when I realized.

The Green Baroque HalterBra is what I’ve mixed with my hipster tie up bottoms, It’s recommended for medium to large busts, so I guess my bust is smaller than I thought haha. But to help make it more comfortable for me I can just take out the removable soft padding from the top. It’s really supportive so I really do recommend this for anyone who has a full C cup upwards on the size chart. The ties on the top are different to your average bikini, they are more fun to look at. This top will set you back $89.

R&L offers free shipping for us Aussie girls and it’ll take 3-5 days to arrive depending on your location in Aus. For a price you can get express postage if you need something before the weekend. AND you do get a confirmation email when your goodies are in the mail
For my USA babes shipping within the USA it’ll only cost $10 and be the same 3-5 working days till you get to wear your bikini.

For all other countries its $29 flat.  International orders are sent via TNT international Express. Once your bikini has been sent, you’ll get a unique tracking number. A signature will be required on delivery (this is best for security purposes). If your package is not signed for upon delivery it will be taken to your local post office for collection. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bikini to arrive and it comes packed in a cute little box like this!

It comes with some very clear care instructions that I really advise listening to so your R&L bikini lasts longer.

Check Mate Bikini Retro Vibes With O'Neill Women's Australia

After posting the review on the Love Me Too bikini from O'neill Women's Australia i've been given a great opportunity to review two more bikinis for you guys so you know what to look for in a great bikini!

I chose to do my second O'Neill Women's Australia review on the Check Mate Bikini Lavender Check which is $69.95. My local SDS store only had the candy ane red and white striped option of this style, so it's probably best if you go directly to the O'Neill website if you ever need anything from them. AND they offer free shipping for transactions over $30.

I was really happy with the sizing of the top with this bikini, to start with I was honestly worried that my breasts would be too small to fit into the Bra styled top - but it was a near perfect fit (phew). The sizing of O'Neill bikinis has really come a long way since I was 16 and trying them on in my local SDS shop, I'm now confidently saying no girl in any country should not have at least one bikini of this brand.

It's only got a small amount of padding but you can take it out if you don't like it/don't need it. The strap on the top is detachable so you can remove it so you don't have tanlines when you are working on your tan. I really love being able to take off the strap when i'm wearing it down at the river but I think I will definitely keep it on when I wear it at the beach.

The sun just wasn't playing well with me when I took these photos but I was just too excited to hurry up and show you guys how much I love this bikini that I don't even mind. You can see the underwire in the photo above, it adds excellent support for a full C cup breast, the only thing you have to make sure is that the underwire doesn't dig into your breast tissue on the side. If it does then there is a chance it can bruise the tissue and be uncomfortable.

I love the fact the low rise hipster bottoms are a full coverage option for girls who don't want to show a lot of skin. I mixed my cute retro bikini with some metallic temporary tattoos that I found on eBay a few months ago. The tie up back adds even more ways to adjust this bikini - win!

I feel like you could mix and match with other retro/vintage styled bikinis to create other cute looks. Seriously also considering getting the Love Me Too in the lavender colour too so I an mix the pattern and textures. I'm excited to wear the top with my high waist grey maxi skirt. Oh and a tip for storage of this baby, I keep it in my bikini basket on the top so the molding of the cups stay in shape (really it's just for easier access). But if you do have lots of padded bikini tops like this one then you can store them like this to keep them in shape...

Made from a matte lycra material the Check Mate bikini is really soft on the skin, as always I recommend hand washing and not leaving the bikini out in the sun for the colours to fade and it can last for years.

I'm a size 8 in O'Neill swimwear, check the size chart below for the cm measurements.

I've ordered a mandala beach throw from India and the colours will match perfectly! Can't wait for it to arrive so Monty and I can go picnic by the river in my Check Mate 'kini and share more photos with you guys!

Euae Swim Waikiki Bikini Review

I'm one of the lucky few who has gotten their hands on a set from Euae Swim, and i've had Monty take a few photos to share with you guys.

The Waikiki set is a beautiful tropical hand made two piece bikini with the added features of a reversible Brazilian cheeky cut bottoms for the greatest tan lines and a reversible bandeau strap top with 6 straps across the back for a great fit. It's like having 4 bikinis in one! It comes wrapped in packaging like this and inside a little black bag for storage. Keep it out of direct sunlight in a nice cool location when you aren't wearing it too.

The cute but sexy low rise Brazilian cut bottoms are joined up by 3 straps on either side that add even more fun to this already playful bikini.
The padding in the top is really soft so when you do reverse it, the bandeau is still really comfortable.

Made from what I cacn tell to be an 80% nylon and 20% spandex material caring for your Euae Swim bikini the correct way is important. Hand wash in cold water, lay flat in the shade to dry, avoid any tanning lotions and sunscreens (totally not sunsafe by the way and i always wear SPF)

I have the Waikiki set in a medium (i'm a size 8-10 depending on the cut and where the swimwear is made) and one of these will set you back around $30 USD but the price may change when the website goes live.

You can order online by viewing their instagram page here http://instagram.com/euaeswim/ and then emailing their wonderful customer service on euaeswim@gmail.com

At the moment they are offering free shipping on all pre orders and i'm eagerly awaiting for the launch of their online store in March! While you wait for the updates on the launch you should follow their account for a daily dose of tropical heaven.

Can't wait to wear these ones again on my next day off! what do you guys think? leave your comments below.
