Eau Paix Vie Rainbow Pack

Lazy Lagoon EPV Rainbow Pack contains 1 cheeky cut milkshake set (matching top and bottoms) and 1 milkshake top to mix and match with your favourite other bikini separates.
The colours are selected randomly but you can add a preference. I emailed customer service when I was making my order and spoke to one of the owners, Carly and she put in a note to dispatch so I could get the matching Seychelles and Lavender set.
The colours you can pick from are;

Pink and Yellow
Seychelles and Lavender
Pink and Blue (this is the original milkshake set)
Yellow and Blue
and Pink and White

The Rainbow Pack will set you back $110 plus $9 something for shipping, so rounded up to $120. As with most cheeky bikinis, you should consult the size chart before making your order to confirm your size. I find that with the EPV bottoms I have to go up a size and get the medium/size 10 and wear a small/8 in the tops (and I could probably go smaller).

There's no refunds or colour exchanges on the Rainbow Pack so that's a risk you take to get your moneys worth for two tops and a bottom. They come packed in a calico bag with their logo printed on the front, it's slightly larger than my first one that I received too so it fits a whole set in it.
I'm a sucker for having matching sets, so I've now ordered the bottoms to match the blue and yellow top from Aussie Tush bikini bottoms. They offer free domestic shipping in Australia so they work out cheaper than getting them from EPV directly.

For the tops alone you are looking at spending $55 each plus postage and for each pair of bottoms you will be looking at another $55 - So $229 in total for the 4 items. Ordering the Rainbow Pack and a separate pair of bottoms from Aussie Tush has only cost me $173.90 including postage. It only just works out a little bit cheaper. I figured it didn't cost as much but I've only now just done the calculations and I'm pretty relieved!

I've already found ways to mix and match the bottoms with other pieces of my collection.
What do you guys think? Worth taking with me overseas? I already know some great places to take photos in these!

Bikinis for the Philippines

So to remember all the things I need to pack for my trip i'm going to blog my process on the way. Since this blog is all about bikinis this post is purely dedicated to which bikinis I want to take on the trip with me. Since bikinis barely take up much room at all I can fit so much more into my 23kg of luggage that Qantus will let me check in.

Now i'm only going for a month so unfortunately I can't take my entire collection with me so I have to narrow it down to my favourites! The area that i'll be travelling to isn't so used to young attractive tourists coming through wearing Australian and Hawaiin brands, so the safer time to not give them all heart attacks is on the boat or Tangkaan beach down the road.

Here's a visual diary i've created to help with the process. All these photos I've randomly put together so I'll take some nicer ones when I start officially packing.

Being a brand ambassador to Lychee Swimwear has it's perks, I get to take the grey bikini with me no matter what because it's the perfect resort style bikini and the orange one screams living on a tropical island.

The Summer Breeze Bikini by To Die For is perfect if i'm relaxing on the boat in the sun, the lace adds a little class.

Since living in the tropics isn't tropical enough to scare winter away, Euae Swim will saturate me with summer feelings whenever i'm wearing it.

Just in case I get bored of wearing my normal bikinis i'm taking two Khongboon Swimwear bikinis. It's like having two in once since they are both reversible, reversible is the best idea ever when you are on holidays.

I can't even tell you why I like this Ripcurl bikini, but i'm a big fan so i'm taking it with me too. It's also reversible. These bottoms are also reversible.

No holiday packing is complete without a Sets of 7 bikini in a neutral colour to contrast against the blue ocean. I've put lots of thought into this one haha.

I'm going to wear the living daylights out of this Made by Dawn bikini because the top looks like a normal really cropped top when you wear it with high waisted clothing.

Brakinis are also i must have for any trip involving the ocean. I'm taking this one and a few others too!

Lychee Marissa One Piece  I'll always take a least one with me only because it can be worn with a pair of shorts if i needed to go out.

Midoris Bikinis are way out of my price range now since they increased the prices but I was lucky to get this one while stocks lasted!

Kokoh Bikini, you'll see that I have like 6 of these bikinis. Totally all coming with me

Quiksilver - or otherwise known as my old faithful. Whenever I go away this bikini comes with me no matter what.

Billabong high neck bikinis are really great for snorkelling or going to a water park, no nip slips. There is a reason i have two pairs of the same bottoms i promise! no, when it came out i didn't realise that it would be two different patters of material, one smocking design and the other plain. I haven't gotten around to getting the triangle top to match the smocking bottoms yet. Okay scratch that, i just totally bought it for $18 online, thank you SurfStitch! AND I do have the matching rash vest for this one on layby to pick up in a few weeks.

Brakinis are also i must have for any trip involving the ocean. I'm taking this one and a few others too! I really like the dark bottoms of this one.

And there's a few on my wish list too hint Monty hint

Packing for the Philippines - Things to Remember

Pedro at Sogod Bay Scuba Resort

Every few years my partner and I stop our lives and head off to our own personal paradise. Sogod Bay Scuba Resort in the Philippines.
We lived there when we were 18 instead of going to schoolies in Queensland Australia. It was the most amazing experience of my life so we vowed to do it again.
Tonight Monty and I booked our flights to get away from winter in Canberra for a whole month!
And you guy's know me to be such a bikini hoarder that I'm already planning what to pack and take with me.
This is your basic list of essentials if you are heading off to a tropical island like me. I'm really only going to take half of these things and buy them there. This is also a mental list reminding me of what i would like to take as well, so if there's a few things that don't make sense to you it's because they make sense to me :)

What bikinis will i be taking?

I'll be taking two okay make that three high neck bikinis - one from Lychee Swimwear and another two from Billabong. These two will be perfect to slide under a wetsuit. It will also protect my chest from the little stingers in the water. I'll also be taking my two newest Lychee Swimwear bikinis and the Marissa one piece.
My Made By Dawn bikini, Khongboon Swimwear i think i'll just take the newest one.
I'll definitely take my Sets of 7 bikini, a neoprene bikini from Brakinis, my old faithful navy Quiksilver bikini and another reversible bikini from Euae Swim.
I'll probably chuck in my Kokoh bikinis too. To die for swimwear, EPV
I'm dying for the newest collection from Myra Swimwear too, these a cream cheeky set that i'm in love with!
This list will probably grow and i'll change my mind when i get there on which pair i actually want to wear.
