Fitness Friday Fitness Tips

The only things that stop me from exercising is that i don't have the time and really just don't like it. Every other excuses is just an add on to that.

In order for you to live a healthy life, you need to get your head straight and understand a few key facts:
·         Exercising for an hour, burning 300-400 calories, and then saying “I earned this” and eating junk is not okay. 
·         Exercise does not mean “run on a treadmill for four hours and be miserable.”  
·         Your diet is responsible for 80-90% of your success 
·         Every decision counts and every choice adds up.  

Challenge yourself- Say yes before you can say no, commit in advance, go with a friend, expect that you're going to suck for a while and most of all don't forget to have fun! 

Here some great ways to exercise that don’t feel like exercise:
Hiking, especially with friends, walking around the mall, rock climbing, dancing, baby sitting, climbing on stuff, martial arts, stop meeting people for coffee, a good old muck around between the sheets (wink wink), clean up your home, do hand stands, yoga, go out and get a wii fit. There are so many things you can do! Maybe you could find something new to do?
That's my task to you for the next month, go out and find something new to do and come back and tell me all about it, okay?
