Best Vegan Tanning Products | Aminal Cruelty Free

Summer has well and truly left my City in Australia now that i've been looking around for the best ways to stay tan. Makes you look more alive during the cooler months. I've been really looking into cruelty free products and making the switch to those companies that don't support animal cruelty.

If you haven’t yet jumped on the fake tanning bandwagon now is the time to grab yourself a seat and learn more about all the advantages of achieving a sun kissed tan from the comfort of your own home. A light coat of fake tan can also hide blemishes on the skin to create a flawless base that requires less make up! You won’t need to worry about spots and scars because a sunless tan can camouflage a multitude of sins, giving you the confidence to wear a bikini and get a pre holiday glow.

The special darkening component of fake tan, known as DHA, doesn’t penetrate the skin, this means it’s completely non-toxic and safe to use. Fake tan is easy to apply, it will boost your body confidence.

I've written a list of the top brands that you should check out.

1. Mine Tan Body Skin
My Favourite tanning brand and currently the only one in my bathroom. In all my bikini photos i'm wearing at least one of the express foams. You can get these from your local priceline store or you can shop online using my discount code "MAD20" for 20% off your order. You can also have your local spray tan artist cover you in this brand as well. Occasionally i get a spray tan done but only with Minetan.

2. Loving Tan
Number one on Google search for Vegan Tanning Products. I've never personally used this one but i've seen the incredible results. Don’t let the pretty pink packaging fool you – this tan packs a punch! All vegan, the Loving Tan formula gives instant colour with an inbuilt bronzer while the remaining ingredients develop a deeper, long lasting tan. Their prices range for $34.95 to $59.95 for their mousses.

3. Eco Tan
100% Vegan and Not Tested on Animals, the Eco Tan tanning range is also organic. Their gorgeous tan formulas are made from natural Cacao, herbs, flower extract, fruit extract and chamomile meaning your tan finish has no green or orange undertones. BRB going shopping lol. To buy yourself one of these for 'Winter Skin" it's $29.95 or for the "Invisible Tan" it is $34.95.

4. Prtty Peaushun
Prtty Peashun’s Skin Tight Body Lotion contains light reflective particles that add colour and blur imperfections in the skin. With Gwyneth Paltrow using Prtty Peaushun and as a fan of this all vegan, cruelty free lotion, it’s the perfect tan when you don’t have time for a tan. But it is super expensive for Australian's at $58.00 a packet. There is one Australian eBay seller that is selling it for $34 and $8 shipping. I'm now trying to figure out what colour to get to order one from eBay.

5. PureTAN
With a full range of professional spray tan solutions, rapid self tanners (they even have a 1 hour tan!) and gradual tanners, the 100% cruelty free range at PureTAN guarantees there is a tan for everyone. Enriched with moisturisers, these tans give a streak free, glowing finish with no rough and dry patches appearing as the tan fades. They have two options for the foams both setting you back $34.95.
